Starboard Value LP, a significant shareholder in News Corporation, has proposed a non-binding resolution for consideration at News Corp's 2024 Annual Meeting. This resolution urges the Board of Directors to take decisive steps to eliminate the dual-class share structure.

We anticipate that shareholders will once again voice their opinions clearly, and we sincerely hope that this time the Board recognizes its duty to act in the best interests of all shareholders," declared Starboard Value.
