Pantheon Resources Plc (PANR.L), an oil and gas firm, announced on Monday the appointment of Philip Patman, Jr. as its Chief Financial Officer. Patman, who was instrumental in preparing the company for a potential U.S. listing following Tony Larkin's departure, has a notable track record, having previously held CFO positions at VAALCO Energy, Inc. (EGY), Soluna Holdings, Inc. (SLNH), and MacroFab, Inc.
With the CFO role relocating to Houston, the company also disclosed that Justin Hondris will be stepping down from his position as Director of Finance and Corporate Development later this month. He will transition to a UK-based role, serving as Senior Vice President for Finance and International Investment.
These shifts in management are part of Pantheon's strategy to consolidate its key leadership at its Houston headquarters in preparation for a potential U.S. listing.
