Carlyle (CG) has announced a strategic investment in North Bridge ESG LLC, a leading provider of real estate finance solutions. This commitment includes up to $1 billion to support the origination of commercial property assessed clean energy (C-PACE) loans by North Bridge. North Bridge specializes in offering C-PACE financing to institutional borrowers in key markets.
