JetBlue Airways Corp. (JBLU) revealed on Thursday its plans to introduce its inaugural airport lounges. These lounges are set to open at New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) Terminal 5 in late 2025, followed shortly by another at Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) Terminal C.
This move is part of JetBlue's 'JetForward' strategy, aimed at addressing the increasing demand for premium services.
The new lounges will offer an exclusive Signature Perk to JetBlue’s top-tier TrueBlue Mosaic members and will also serve as a key benefit associated with the upcoming premium credit card.
As New York's Hometown Airline and Boston's preferred carrier, JetBlue aims to elevate the customer experience in its two major hubs. This initiative is a crucial component of the JetForward strategy, which focuses on building the East Coast’s premier leisure network.
Upon their launch, these lounges will provide passengers with a serene space to unwind, work, and relax, thereby extending JetBlue’s affordable premium experience from the skies to the terminals.
