Toll Brothers, Inc. (TOL), a leading builder of luxury homes, has announced a strategic partnership with Sunrun Inc., a prominent provider of solar and storage solutions, to integrate solar power and storage systems into Toll Brothers residences.
Under the terms of the agreement, Sunrun will act as a comprehensive service provider, offering solar power as a standard feature in all Toll Brothers communities across California. Additionally, Sunrun's solar products may be available in other markets either as an optional upgrade or as a standard feature with financing options tied to the home purchase.
"Toll Brothers already provides solar power options in several other markets nationwide, including Massachusetts, Nevada, Arizona, and more," stated Seth Ring, Executive Vice President of Toll Brothers.
