abrdn Property Income Trust Ltd. has announced that it is in advanced negotiations with funds managed by GoldenTree Asset Management LP regarding the sale of the entire share capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary, abrdn Property Holdings Limited.
Should a sale proceed, it would encompass the company’s entire investment property portfolio, excluding its interest in the land at Far Ralia.
It is important to note that there is no guarantee that a definitive sale agreement will be finalized, nor is there any certainty regarding the terms of any potential transaction. Additionally, API has not received any offers for its issued share capital.
