The Supervisory Board of Siemens Energy AG has renewed CEO Christian Bruch's contract for an additional five years, extending his tenure until April 2030. Initially, his contract was set to expire in April 2025.
Robert Kensbock, the First Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the General Works Council, stated, "The Works Council members welcome the extension of Christian Bruch's contract and believe that this continuity will have a positive impact both within the company and in the industry at large. Moving forward, we anticipate being involved in decision-making processes at an early and comprehensive stage."
