Nikola (NKLA), through its HYLA brand, announced that it wholesaled 88 Class 8 Nikola hydrogen fuel cell electric trucks during the third quarter, staying well within its truck sales guidance of 80 to 100 fuel cell units for the period. Over the first three quarters of 2024, the company wholesaled a total of 200 hydrogen fuel cell trucks, bringing the total to 235 since the truck's market introduction in the fourth quarter of the previous year.
Nikola CEO Steve Girsky commented, "Despite overall market headwinds, Nikola remains committed to our mission of pioneering solutions for a zero-emission world, accomplishing this one truck at a time."
