Fidelity National Financial Inc. (FNF) has revealed its acquisition of the commercial operations of First Nationwide Title Agency (FNTA), which is a division of AMT Commercial Title Services and a subsidiary of AmTrust Financial Services, Inc.
This acquisition of the prominent New York City-based team aligns with FNF's ongoing strategy to integrate top-tier companies and talent into its portfolio, thereby enhancing its service offerings to commercial real estate clients, the company stated.
In connection with the acquisition, FNTA's principal commercial leadership team will be joining Fidelity National Financial.
