A subsidiary of Brown & Brown, Inc. has acquired the assets of The Canopy Group, a multiline insurance agency that specializes in personal lines and commercial property and casualty for small businesses. Located in Le Sueur, Minnesota, The Canopy Group boasts a customer base of over 16,000 across the state.
Rich Knudson, the Senior Vice President of the Retail segment, remarked, "The Canopy Group team introduces an innovative approach to meeting the needs of personal lines customers.
