HNI Corp. has announced the upcoming retirement of Marshall Bridges from his roles as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective December 28, 2024. In light of this, the Board of Directors has appointed Vincent Paul (VP) Berger II as the new Executive Vice President and CFO, with his tenure beginning on December 29, 2024.
Vincent Berger, aged 52, has been a dedicated member of HNI for 27 years, most recently holding the positions of Executive Vice President and President of Hearth and Home Technologies since 2016. He brings a wealth of experience to the role, with over three decades in finance, operations, and leadership, and holds credentials as a certified public accountant.
After retiring from full-time responsibilities, Marshall Bridges will remain involved with HNI on a part-time basis, focusing on strategic projects in the field of artificial intelligence.
