BrightNight recently secured a substantial $440 million strategic equity investment from Goldman Sachs Alternatives. This investment, when combined with existing commitments from institutional investors, is anticipated to fully support the company's five-year business strategy and facilitate the progression of its 31-gigawatt renewable energy project portfolio.
In addition, BrightNight announced an increase in its corporate credit facility. Originally set at $375 million earlier this year, the facility has now been expanded to $400 million. Notably, this credit facility is classified as a Green Loan.
