French concessions and construction company, Vinci SA, has announced its agreement to acquire RH Marine Netherlands B.V. and Bakker Sliedrecht Electro Industrie B.V., two maritime sector specialists. Both companies currently share the same ownership. This acquisition is anticipated to be finalized by the year's end.
Established in 1860, RH Marine is recognized as a system integrator that delivers automation and electrical solutions, along with integrated maritime systems. Meanwhile, Bakker Sliedrecht, which was founded in 1919, serves as an electrical integrator. It is known for designing, installing, and maintaining electrical installations, as well as providing onshore electrical infrastructure services for nautical, dredging, and offshore industries.
