Boundless Bio, an oncology-focused company, announced on Monday that Jami Rubin has resigned from her position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) due to personal reasons.
The company has decided not to appoint a new CFO immediately. Instead, David Hinkle, who is currently the Senior Vice President of Finance and Controller, will take on the responsibilities of principal financial and accounting officer.
Hinkle has been with Boundless Bio since June 2021, bringing extensive financial and technical accounting expertise from his over 25-year career in the industry. Before joining Boundless Bio, he held the position of Vice President of Finance and Controller at Crinetics Pharmaceuticals. His prior experience includes similar roles at companies such as Ignyta, Receptos, Somaxon Pharmaceuticals, and Digirad. Hinkle began his career at Deloitte.
