Amwell (AMWL) has appointed Mark Hirschhorn as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective October 21. Hirschhorn will take over the role from Robert Shepardson, who has been serving as CFO since 2021.
Hirschhorn's most recent position was as the CEO of TapestryHealth. Before this, he spent seven years at Teladoc Health in critical roles, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Additionally, at Talkspace, Hirschhorn played a significant part in driving robust growth and strategic shifts in his capacity as President and COO.
