CarePlus Health Plans has unveiled improvements to its Medicare Advantage offerings for 2025, aiming to enhance member experience and accessibility. The CareAccess plan will now enable members to visit in-network specialists without requiring a referral, simplifying the process for patients. Additionally, the CareComplete plan is specifically designed for individuals managing diabetes, cardiovascular disorders, or congestive heart failure, offering tailored support to these communities.
For 2025, more than 65% of CarePlus plans will feature the Part B premium giveback benefit, providing significant financial relief to CarePlus members. Importantly, members will not incur an additional premium for their Medicare Advantage plan throughout 2025. Furthermore, the CareNeeds Platinum plan will introduce an over-the-counter allowance, which will be incorporated into the spending card, expanding benefits for policyholders.
