The unemployment rate in the Netherlands maintained its stability in September, following a minor increase in the prior month, as reported by the Central Bureau of Statistics on Thursday. The seasonally adjusted International Labour Organization (ILO) unemployment rate remained steady at 3.7 percent in September, mirroring the rate from August. Comparatively, the unemployment rate in the same month of the previous year was also at 3.7 percent. The total number of unemployed individuals in September totaled 377,000, showing a modest rise from 374,000 in the preceding month. Meanwhile, the youth unemployment rate, covering those aged between 15 and 25, experienced a slight uptick, reaching 9.0 percent in September, compared to 8.9 percent in August.
