Neuberger Berman Private Markets, EQT, and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, in conjunction with global institutional investors, have announced the execution of definitive share purchase agreements pertaining to Nord Anglia Education. This transaction values the enterprise at $14.5 billion. Current stakeholders, EQT and CPP Investments, will continue to hold shares in Nord Anglia Education through a new fund investment and a reinvestment, respectively.
Nord Anglia is an international education organization managing over 80 schools across 33 countries, providing education to more than 85,000 students aged 2 to 18.
