This integration aims to provide comprehensive visibility into company officers and directors, ownership details, and financial information.
The partnership is designed to enhance the discoverability and interoperability of data, thereby improving access to financial information concerning private companies.
Furthermore, both companies are developing a new private market data feed, anticipated to be available to customers by 2025.
