The Iberdrola Group announced a net profit of 5.47 billion euros for the first nine months of 2024, marking a 50% increase compared to the same period in 2023. Excluding the capital gains from Mexico, the net profit is 4.30 billion euros, reflecting an 18.4% growth over the first nine months of 2023, with a 22% rise when adjusted for recurring terms. The reported EBITDA reached 13.27 billion euros, representing a 23% improvement on a like-for-like basis. Meanwhile, the recurring EBITDA saw an 11% increase, amounting to 11.55 billion euros. Total revenues were reported at 33.12 billion euros, showing an 11% decrease.
Looking ahead to 2024, the company anticipates a net profit, excluding capital gains from asset turnover, to be approximately 5.5 billion euros.
