Collins Aerospace, a division of RTX Corp. (RTX), announced on Wednesday a decade-long partnership with the Spanish carrier, Air Europa. This agreement involves providing comprehensive maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services for Air Europa's fleet of 787 aircraft.
Under this contract, Collins Aerospace will deliver on-site support for several critical systems on the 787, such as electric power, environmental controls, avionics, lighting, and cargo systems. Additionally, Collins is committed to enhancing predictive health maintenance capabilities and increasing its stock of 787 spare parts within Europe.
