The forthcoming economic highlights for Thursday include the Flash Purchasing Managers' survey data from the euro area and the United Kingdom.
France's statistical office, INSEE, will release its business sentiment survey data at 2:45 a.m. ET. It is anticipated that the business confidence index will decrease slightly to 98 in October, down from 99 in the previous month.
At 3:15 a.m. ET, S&P Global will issue France's flash Purchasing Managers' survey results. Projections suggest the manufacturing PMI will rise to 44.9 in October, up from 44.6 in September, while the services PMI is expected to climb to 49.8 from 49.6.
Germany's flash composite PMI data will be available at 3:30 a.m. ET. Economists predict a minor increase in the manufacturing PMI to 40.7 in October from 40.6 in September, whereas the services PMI is projected to stay at 50.6.
At 4:00 a.m. ET, S&P Global will publish the Eurozone's flash PMI results. Expectations are set for a slight increase in the manufacturing index to 45.1 in October from 45.0 previously, with the services index anticipated to rise to 51.5 from 51.4.
Half an hour later, data from the UK S&P Global flash PMI survey will be released. It is forecasted that the manufacturing PMI will remain steady at 51.5 in October, and the services PMI will decrease marginally to 52.3 from 52.4.
The Confederation of British Industry will announce its Industrial Trends survey data at 6:00 a.m. ET. Analysts predict an improvement in the UK order book balance, which is expected to increase to -28 in October from -35 in September.
