Norway's unemployment rate remained unchanged in September, following an increase in the previous month, according to the latest labor force survey released by Statistics Norway on Thursday.
The seasonally adjusted unemployment rate was recorded at 4.0 percent in September, consistent with the rate in August.
Statistics revealed that the number of unemployed individuals rose slightly to 122,000 in September, up from 121,000 in the preceding month.
Meanwhile, the employment rate increased to 70.1 percent compared to 69.6 percent in August.
Analyzing the trend, the unemployment rate continued to hold steady at 4.0 percent.
