The company's revenues reached $964.7 million during the quarter, reflecting a 6.7% growth compared to the $904.3 million reported the previous year.
The Funds from Operations (FFO) for the quarter matched the net profit at $732.9 million, or $0.70 per share, up from $556.3 million, or $0.55 per share, the previous year.
Furthermore, the Adjusted Funds from Operations (AFFO) rose to $593.9 million, showing an 8.4% increase compared to the $547.6 million recorded last year. The AFFO per share stood at $0.57, representing a 4.9% rise compared to $0.54 the previous year.
Anticipating the full year 2024, VICI Properties projects its adjusted Funds From Operations to range from $2.25 to $2.26 per share, an adjustment from the prior forecast of $2.24 to $2.26 per share.
