Acer Inc. has announced that its consolidated revenue for October reached NT$18.82 billion, bringing the total for the year up to October to NT$217.41 billion, marking a 10.1% increase compared to the previous year. The revenue generated from the personal computers and display sector experienced a 9.3% rise year-to-October over the same period last year. The company highlighted that ventures beyond its core computers and displays sector accounted for 32.5% of total revenues in October and 28.4% for the year-to-date through October.
In a year-over-year comparison, Altos Computing saw a revenue increase of 26.3% in October and a substantial 71.0% for the period up to October. Similarly, Acer ITS Inc. reported a 23.8% revenue increase for October and a 33.0% rise for the year-to-date. Acerpure Inc. experienced significant growth with a 57.0% increase in October revenues and a 48.4% rise year-to-October.
