Japan is set to unveil its current account statistics for September on Monday, providing a focal point for an otherwise quiet day in Asia-Pacific economic developments. In August, Japan reported a current account surplus of 3.804 trillion yen.
Additionally, Japan will release its October data for the Economy Watchers Current Index and bank lending figures. The Economy Watchers Index registered a score of 47.8 in September, while overall bank lending increased by 2.7% year-on-year.
Meanwhile, Indonesia will announce its October consumer confidence index results, following a September index score of 123.5.
