Veralto Corp. (VLTO) revealed on Wednesday that it will be investing approximately $15 million in Axine Water Technologies, thereby acquiring a minority stake in the firm known for its electrochemical oxidation technology.
Additionally, this investment involves a commercial agreement within North America, in collaboration with Veralto's Trojan Technologies division, aiming to broaden Axine's presence in both municipal and industrial sectors.
In pre-market trading, Veralto's shares are listed at $103.75 on the New York Stock Exchange.
