The Progressive Corporation (PGR) has announced that its net income for October reached $408.2 million, marking a 1% rise compared to the same period last year. Earnings per share were reported at $0.69, slightly up from $0.68 in the previous year. For the month ending October 31, 2024, the company recorded net premiums written at $6.58 billion, representing a 19% increase from the prior year. Similarly, net premiums earned totaled $6.39 billion, reflecting a year-over-year rise of 19%.
