Datasea Inc. (DTSS) announced on Tuesday its projection for fiscal year 2025 revenue, anticipating a total of approximately $90 million. This forecasted revenue marks a significant improvement, representing an increase of $66 million or 275% over the previous fiscal year's revenue, which amounted to $24 million in 2024.
By the end of October 31, 2024, Datasea reported around $31.7 million in revenues for the initial four months of fiscal year 2025. This figure includes the previously disclosed first-quarter revenue of $21.1 million along with the $10.6 million garnered in October 2024 alone.
Zhixin Liu, CEO of Datasea, highlighted that the substantial revenue projection for 2025 is primarily driven by their thriving 5G digital applications sector. He explained that this segment has witnessed considerable growth within the first four months of fiscal 2025, attributable to securing several major contracts. Liu expressed confidence that this upward trend will persist. As Datasea delves into new market verticals and continues its geographic expansion, Liu anticipates operating synergies will naturally develop, enhancing their business endeavors and bolstering operational profitability.
