Flex Ltd. (FLEX), a leading provider of electronics manufacturing services, has announced the appointment of Kevin Krumm as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective January 6. Krumm, who brings with him two decades of industry experience, succeeds interim CFO Jaime Martinez. Martinez will remain in support throughout the transition period to ensure a seamless changeover.
Krumm's career features a notable role as Executive Vice President and CFO at APi Group Corp. (APG) and a significant 15-year tenure with Ecolab Inc., where he held various key positions.
In his new role, Krumm will collaborate closely with CEO Revathi Advaithi to formulate and enhance Flex's long-term financial strategies.
