Bowlero Corp. (BOWL) announced on Monday an upcoming rebranding initiative, adopting the name Lucky Strike Entertainment. This strategic move aims to establish the organization as a leading entertainment venue, effective December 12. Following the rebrand, the company's stock will be listed under the ticker symbol 'LUCK.'
In alignment with this transition, more than 75 Bowlero centers are set to be revamped into Lucky Strike locations over the next two years. As of now, Bowlero's stock price has seen an increase of 2.44%, currently trading at $12.59 on the New York Stock Exchange.
