Eventbrite, Inc. (EB), a prominent platform for event management and ticketing, disclosed on Thursday that its Chief Operating Officer, Lanny Baker, will be exiting the company effective December 31 to embark on a new professional opportunity.
In response, Eventbrite has commenced the search for a successor to fill the COO position.
Moreover, the company has confirmed its revenue projections for the fourth quarter and the full fiscal year. The anticipated revenue for the fourth quarter remains between $74 million and $77 million, while for the entire year, the expectation is between $322 million and $326 million.
