Honeywell International Inc. (HON) announced on Monday that Avianca, a Colombian airline, has chosen its avionics technologies and mechanical systems for the new Airbus A320neo fleet. Additionally, Honeywell will supply 131-9A auxiliary power units for Avianca’s 138 new aircraft. This partnership aims to enhance Avianca's operational efficiencies and increase situational awareness for its pilots. As of now, Honeywell's stock is trading at $226.20, marking a 0.08 percent decrease on the Nasdaq.
