Ashland Inc. (ASH) has announced an agreement to sell its Avoca division to Mane. The transaction is anticipated to finalize in the first quarter of 2025, pending the fulfillment of standard closing requirements.
The Avoca division of Ashland specializes in producing Sclareolide, a substance used to enhance and stabilize fragrance longevity, and provides various contract manufacturing services from its facilities located in North Carolina and Wisconsin.
