Zebra Technologies Corp. (ZBRA), a leader in digital solutions, announced plans on Monday to acquire Photoneo Brightpick Group, a renowned developer and manufacturer of 3D machine vision technologies. The financial terms of the deal remain undisclosed.
This strategic acquisition is anticipated to enhance Zebra's profitable growth trajectory and bolster its portfolio in machine vision solutions. The transaction is set to close in the first quarter of 2025 and will be financed using Zebra's existing cash reserves.
