AppTech Payments Corp. (APCX) has announced that Luke DAngelo will step down from his role as Chief Executive Officer, effective December 24. DAngelo will continue to serve as Chairman. The company, known for its digital financial services, has named Thomas DeRosa as interim CEO, and Felipe Corrado IV has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. This comes as the term of outgoing CFO Meilin Yus Julia Yu concludes on December 24. DeRosa has been with the company as the Executive Director of Product & Project Management since August 2023. In pre-market trading, AppTech's shares are listed at $0.70 on the Nasdaq, reflecting a decrease of 3.46%.
