Kistos' New CFO James Thomson To Take Charge On Jan. 1

Kistos Holdings Plc (traded under KSTOF and KIST.L), an energy company, has announced that James Thomson will step into the role of Chief Financial Officer and join the Board of Directors as of January 1.

Thomson will succeed Richard Slape, who has held the position since October 2021 and will be stepping down from the Board.

Thomson initially joined Kistos in October 2024 as Deputy CFO. At that time, he was also appointed to assume the CFO role effective January 1, pending successful due diligence by the company's Nominated Adviser.

As for recent stock performance, KSTOF last traded on December 18, closing at $1.39, marking a decline of 8.59%. Meanwhile, KIST.L is currently trading at a 1.92% increase, valued at 106 pence.
