Trillion Energy International Inc. (TCFF) has announced the upcoming retirement of its Chief Executive Officer and Director, Arthur Halleran, effective December 27, 2024, following his resignation which has been accepted by the Board. Halleran has held the CEO position since 2017.
The company has outlined that the incoming CEO’s focus will be on maximizing the potential of current assets and strategically expanding into new ventures.
Sean Stofer has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Board and will also serve as the interim CEO. Stofer brings over 20 years of leadership and governance experience within the energy sector.
Additionally, Trillion Energy has named Burak Tolga Terzi as Vice President and Deputy General Manager. Terzi has an extensive background with over 17 years in leadership roles in the oil and gas industry.
Effective immediately, Scott Lower will assume the role of President of the company.
