TriMas Corporation (TRS) has announced that its Board, in agreement with Thomas Amato, has decided on a leadership transition for the position of President and Chief Executive Officer. A thorough search for a new CEO has been initiated, with Spencer Stuart providing assistance in the process. Thomas Amato will continue his role with the company until June 30, 2025, but will not seek re-election to the Board of Directors.
Herbert Parker, the Chairman of the Board at TriMas, commented, "The Board and Tom concur that the timing is ideal to commence the search for his successor, who will guide the company in its forthcoming phase of growth and value enhancement."
