Under this agreement, Arlo will obtain exclusive global rights to market and distribute Origin AI's TruShield and Allos products. These products utilize radio frequency signals from WiFi devices to enable Verified Human Presence detection.
This innovative technology provides internet service and solution providers with a highly effective method to bolster home security, enhancing accuracy and minimizing false alarms.
Furthermore, the company intends to integrate Origin AI Sensing technologies into its forthcoming products, thereby expanding its range of advanced security solutions through Arlo Intelligence. This suite encompasses AI-assisted motion detection, video monitoring, and professional monitoring services with video verification.
As of now, ARLO's stock is trading at $11.40, down by 0.35% on the New York Stock Exchange.
