Castellum Subsidiary Awarded $3.2 Mln Contract To Enhance Cybersecurity For Naval Air Systems

Castellum, Inc. (CTM), a firm specializing in cybersecurity, electronic warfare, and software engineering for federal agencies, announced on Tuesday that its subsidiary, Specialty Systems, Inc., has been awarded a contract valued at $3.2 million over an 18-month period.

This contract involves supporting the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division in Lakehurst with enhancing the Cyber-Supply Chain Risk Management capabilities for Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) mission systems.

The primary aim of this project is to improve both software and hardware supply chain management within ALRE systems, addressing the increasing demand for robust cybersecurity and system integrity throughout the supply chain. Castellum's approach will offer a comprehensive, automated framework for an enterprise-wide ALRE Cyber Signature Assessment, a vital component for strengthening these essential systems.

By advancing the security and management of ALRE systems, this effort will help guarantee the integrity of mission-critical systems utilized by the U.S. Navy.

On Tuesday, CTM's stock closed at $0.84, marking an increase of 22.76 percent or $0.16, on the New York Stock Exchange.
