Swiss Re AG has put forth the nominations of two esteemed professionals, Morten Hübbe and George Quinn, for election to its Board of Directors.
Morten Hübbe brings with him over 20 years of distinguished experience in the insurance industry. He has held positions as both Group CEO and Group CFO at Tryg, the largest non-life insurer in Scandinavia.
George Quinn offers extensive leadership expertise, gained from his roles at Zurich Insurance Group and Swiss Re. He has previously served as Group CFO and was a member of the Executive Committee at Zurich Insurance Group.
Currently, Swiss Re AG is trading at $36.27 on the OTCPK.
