KKR has announced plans to raise its ownership stakes in key private equity assets within its Strategic Holdings portfolio, amounting to approximately $1.1 billion. The company expects to complete the acquisition of interests in USI Insurance Services, 1-800 Contacts, and Heartland Dental by the first half of 2025.
Furthermore, KKR has revised its Strategic Holdings Operating Earnings forecasts for the period from 2026 to 2030. The firm now anticipates these earnings will surpass $350 million by 2026, exceed $700 million by 2028, and reach over $1.1 billion by 2030. These revised projections are up from the previous estimates of more than $300 million for 2026, $600 million for 2028, and $1 billion for 2030.
