Enlightify Inc. (ENFY) announced on Friday that it has formed a strategic partnership with Huadian Gaintime (Beijing) Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. This partnership aims to advance and invest in global projects related to solar, wind, and hydropower, targeting at least 500 MW in renewable energy initiatives annually.
Enlightify has committed to collaborating with Gaintime Fund to create the "Overseas Ready-to-Build Development Fund."
According to the agreement, Enlightify will assume the role of limited partner, while Gaintime Fund will manage the fund.
The initial focus of this collaboration will be on solar and wind power projects in Bulgaria, Italy, Spain, Bosnia, and Romania, with project capacities ranging from 30 MW to 287 MW.
