The HCOB Eurozone Services PMI slipped to 50.4 in March 2025 from 50.6 in February, falling short of the projected 51, based on preliminary estimates. This figure marks the fourth month in a row of expansion for the services sector, albeit at the slowest rate during this period, primarily due to a persistent drop in new orders. On the other hand, both input costs and selling prices increased at a slower pace than in recent months, indicating a decrease in wage pressures, which is a significant factor in the labor-intensive services sector.
