FX.co ★ Indonesia Tourist Arrivals Rise 5.63% YoY in March

In March 2025, Indonesia witnessed a 5.63% increase in foreign tourist arrivals compared to the previous year. Back in 2024, the number of tourists soared by 19.05% to reach 13.90 million, the highest since the COVID-19 pandemic began in 2020. This achievement met the government’s target for the year, which was between 9.5 million and 14.3 million visitors, aided by enhancements in aviation infrastructure and the introduction of new tourist destinations.
