In April 2025, Slovenia saw its annual producer inflation rate decrease to 1.0%, down from 1.2% the month before. This deceleration was primarily attributable to a significant drop in prices for electricity, gas, steam, and air-conditioning supply, which fell by 2.6% following a 1.4% rise in March. On the other hand, there was an accelerated increase in prices for the mining and quarrying sector, which climbed to 4.3% from 2.8%. Prices for manufacturing remained stable at 1.1%, and water supply held steady with a rise of 5.4%. On a month-to-month comparison, producer prices remained unchanged in April, following a 0.8% increase in March.
