Residential property prices in Ireland experienced a 7.5% increase year-on-year as of March 2025, marking the slowest growth rate since March 2024 and a decrease from February's 8% rise. This slowing momentum is primarily attributed to deceleration in house price growth, which registered at 7.8% compared to 8.5% in February, whereas apartment prices grew more slightly at 5.6%, up from 5.2%. In Dublin, the growth in property prices moderated to 6% from the previous 7.1%, while prices outside of Dublin remained stable at 8.7%. On a month-to-month basis, property prices remained static in March following a minor 0.1% increase in February.
