In April 2025, Montenegro witnessed a 1.2% increase in tourist arrivals compared to the same month the previous year, reaching a total of 117,801 visitors. This growth follows a 0.3% rise in March 2025. Foreign tourists represented a significant portion of this number, comprising 88.7% of the total arrivals, while domestic tourists constituted 11.3%. The majority of international visitors hailed from Germany, making up 11.1% of foreign arrivals, followed by Serbia at 9.7%, the United Kingdom at 9%, Israel at 7.3%, and China (including Hong Kong) at 6.7%. Seaside resorts emerged as the primary attraction, drawing 78.2% of tourists, while the capital attracted 14.4%, and mountain resorts captured 3.1% of the overall visitor interest.
