In June 2025, house prices in Norway saw a 0.3% increase from a stable reading in May, indicating a rise in sales activity for the first time since January 2025. The average home price was NOK 4,943,130 at the end of June. Among the regions, Stavanger experienced the most significant price growth, with a 12% increase, followed by Hamar and Stange at 11% each, and Kristiansand and Tromsø both at 9.3%. The average time required to sell a property was 39 days, improving from 42 days in the previous month. Bergen boasted the quickest completion time at 16 days, whereas Porsgrunn/Skien recorded the longest at 71 days. Annually, house prices rose by 5.1%, a slight decrease from the previous 5.2% gain.
